My life-long passion for music appeared when I first touched the piano at the age of 6 years. Later, I won several regional competitions and gave several recitals before finishing my studies at music school in Slovakia. At the university, I reoriented my interests towards church organ. Since finishing a music school specialized for organists, I played as a temporary organist in several churches in Canada and northern France. Between 2017 and 2019, I was a co-titular organist at St. Matthieu church and I frequently played at the Dominican convent in Strasbourg. I take regular lessons from Damien Simon. I am also an active user of Hauptwerk Virtual Pipe Organ. Besides interpretation and improvisation, I am highly interested in the relation between music and mathematics (see this book for more information) and formal systems (GEB). |
